About Clay J Humphreys, MRP

When looking to buy or sell real estate, you want someone to whom you can turn when parts of the process appear unclear.  You want someone who is knowledgeable and experienced, but most importantly someone that you can trust.

Clay spent twenty years as an acquisitions and research engineer in the United States Air Force.  During his various military moves, he has gone through the buying and selling of homes many times.  In addition, he is a real estate investor who has researched, analyzed, and bought numerous residential real estate properties in the Dayton, OH area.  Ten of his twenty years in the Air Force were spent in the area surrounding Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, so he understands the Dayton-metro community and its real estate market.

While completing his Ph.D, Clay philosophized over life principles that drive his professional career today.  They include:

• Integrity First - Do your best to do the right thing
• Service - Serving others is the key to personal and professional fulfillment; Clay believes the best way for him to serve others is through real estate and investing
• Communication - Communication is the lifeblood of relationships
• Think Differently - “Don’t copy the customs and behaviors of this world but be transformed into a new person by changing the way you think.”  Rom 12:2
• Stewardship - “Because you have been trustworthy in small matters, take charge of more”  Luke 19:17

Clay lives in Beavercreek, OH and first and foremost loves spending time with his wife and three children.  He loves to be involved in the local community and to serve others through his local church.  Clay does his best to integrate into his life playing basketball, hiking, mountain biking, and going to Dayton Dragon’s games.
